Sep 23, 2016 · Just unzip to your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 folder. Everything should be in place (the Mods folder with the R file and 2 subfolders, Packages and Overrides). The download includes 2 test mods (nointromovies and nobuildmodesparkles) to test your installation of the framework. The file is also available on the NRaas site.

TheSimsResource TSR cc manager problem. I was wondering if anyone else who plays the Sims 4 and uses the sims resources for cc has a problem using their tsr cc manager on windows 10. Every time tries to install custom content with the manager it crashes the game on start. But if I install it like normal without manager it works, what I cannot.
